PROJECT SITE SURVEYOR

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Geodetic Engineering. NOT NECESSARILY LICENSED

• Executes verification-relocation and topographic survey of the project site.

• Establishes horizontal and vertical control points, reference elevation, and layout of gridlines.

• Prepares layout of excavation lines and monitoring of the elevation to be cut or fill.

• Conducts as-built survey of columns, shear walls, core walls, pre-cast walls, partition walls, stairs, beams, girders, etc.

• An experience in pre-engineered buildings is an advantage

Applicants must possess the ff qualities:

• Analytical with good communication skills

• Result-oriented, flexible, honest, and can work with minimum supervision

• Can easily adapt to an organizational culture with systems and procedures

• Has a mindset to learn and experience new things
