MEPF ENGINEERS

Qualifications:

• A graduate of BS-Mechanical Engineering course, not necessarily licensed

• Proficient in computer applications such as MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD

• Excellent knowledge in estimating and scheduling of building mechanical works.

• At least 2 years’ experience in Building Construction

• Capable of handling different workers’ attitude 

• Can strictly analyze, control, and monitor Subcontractors’ scopes, materials, and   billings

• Capable of reviewing and verifying  project specifications, technical drawings, materials take- off variations

Applicants must possess the ff qualities:

• Analytical with good communication skills

• Result oriented, flexible, honest, and can work with minimum supervision

• Can easily adapt to an organizational culture with systems and procedures

• Provides reports daily
