The primary tasks for this job position will be:

 

Admin Tasks:

  • Organize files and information

  • Personal Accounting

  • Email Management

  • Calendar Management

  • Manage People

  • Handle calls

Marketing Tasks:

  • Creating Personal Branding

  • Can create and manage content for the website

A digital marketing agency specializing in high-traffic websites, it is a holding company specializing in creating funding and growing SaaS and e-commerce businesses since 2011. They are home to 30 core team members and 15 contractors operating from 10 countries and currently host 3 different successful product lines with the ambition of adding many more in the future.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to a CTO

 

Basic Requirements:

  • You live in Cebu

  • You love organizing and are passionately curious.

  • You love learning, and you are always working hard to make yourself better

  • You like helping others 

  • You work hard to do great work, but you are also willing to make mistakes

  • You’re brave and willing to take action where the action is needed

  • You’re a problem solver 

Technical Requirements:

  • You have admin experience for at least 6 months.

  • You have content management experience for at least 3 months.

  • You've worked with tools like google sheets and notion for at least 3 months.

  • Preference for call center agents or those with an engineering background.

Salary Range is: Php 24,000-28,000 per month (depending on experience)
