  • Previous experience in any delivery position

  • Valid driver's license is a must

  • Familiarity with the layout of your general delivery area

  • Advanced verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within given time frames

  • Good planning and decision-making abilities

  • Physically agile with the capacity to remain active for extended periods

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

  • At least a diploma holder of Secondary Education


  • Coordinate with the Administrative Associate for documents to be delivered and received;

  • Sort documents according to the concerned agencies;

  • Handle cheques and cash when transactions involve payments;

  • Use company vehicle or on any public conveyances in order to reach destinations to deliver documents and payments;

  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivering goods;

  • Obtain signatures and/or official receipts and other related documents from the receiving agencies;

  • Record information, such as items received and delivered and recipients' responses to messages;

  • Liquidate daily expenses incurred during the day (per transaction or as instructed by the authorized personnel);

  • Perform general office or clerical work such as filing materials, operating duplicating machines, or running errands;

  • Assist in office maintenance duties for work days when messengerial functions are not required;
