SKILLED MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL

Qualifications:

• With driver's license and can drive a motorcycle

• Proven working experience as Skilled Maintenance Personnel or Similar Role

• Ability to teach co-member

• Ability to handle repair and maintenance tools

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

• Ability to focus attention on details, speed, and accuracy

• Ability to work under pressured situations and exercise good judgment

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt service and accurate feedback to clients;

• Document all office reports related to Engineering;

• Perform repair and maintenance related concerns;

• Perform cleaning and maintenance of tools and equipment;

• Provide monthly readings from meters & gauges and other measuring units;

• Perform general housekeeping;

• Track and monitor cleaning and maintenance supplies;

• Perform cleaning and maintenance of tools and equipment;

• Maintain the company/property facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner:

• Perform routine inspection and document all official reports and maintenance activities (such as maintenance, repair, installation, etc.);

• Notify the supervisor of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs;

• Follow all health and safety regulations;

• Ensure the security of company properties; and

• Act as secondary doer for administrative functions of Administrative-Technical Support
