HR SUPERVISOR

(Work Base: Compostela, Cebu)

Job Description:

• Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the Human Resource operations.

• Responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized.

• Develops policy, directs, and coordinates human resources activities such as;  Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HR Services and Admin, Manpower Agency Billing, and Timekeeping.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management.

• With at least three years supervisory experience in human resources specializing in all facets of human resource (Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Timekeeping, Employee Benefits and other HR Services.

• With strong attention to details, decision making, planning and facilitation skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
