We are looking for:

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

EXPECTATIONS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Business Administration/ Accounting, or any field related course.
At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position

SPECIFIC TASKS:

Coordinate with multiple sites and associates
Submit regular reports to the Executive
Facilitate or Coordinate meetings/ events/ work load
Handle and Maintain cash/ check payments and reports related to payments
Handle and Maintain Business Documents and Permits
Handle and Maintain Business Vehicle Documents and Permits
Canvass prices of materials requested per site/project and send quotation for approval
Cater documents that require Architect seal and forward to project Engineers and Architects for signature (e.g.: Project blueprints, construction logbooks, OBO permits, etc.)
Provide administrative support to HR and accounting departments.
Monitor and maintain calendars for the executive to ensure all meetings are sufficiently covered
Data entry and review of spreadsheets to maintain current and accurate databases
