A Japanese startup based in Cagayan de Oro is looking for a Customer Support Manager position. Our main business is e-commerce, and we work with multiple suppliers from Japan. As our business is expanding rapidly, we are looking for a CS candidate to join our growing team! This would be a perfect opportunity for those who want to contribute to the development phase of a company.


Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Manage the workflow of Customer Support team

  • Support the Customer Support team for work efficiency

  • Keep track and ensure secure payments from customers

  • Respond to customer Inquiries and resolve any issues

  • Provide excellent customer service to remove customer concerns and complaints

  • Establish rapport with customers to increase sales

  • Work with CEO to acquire new customers

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Experience in Customer Support: 3 years or more

  • Experience in Customer Support management position: 1 year or more

  • Experience in e-commerce industry is a plus

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication in English

  • Great with team members

  • Can relate to a start-up environment

  • Can commute to our office in Cagayan de Oro

Monthly Salary:

  • 25,000 - 40,000 PHP DOE

Working Schedule:


We have day and night shifts. 5 working days per week. 

  • Monday - Sunday 10:00 - 19:00 (Lunch break 12:00 - 13:00)

  • Monday - Sunday 20:00 - 28:00 (Lunch break 25:00 - 26:00)

Working on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and some night shifts is required not regularly but occasionally.
