Handle sales leads and the assigned clients/industry
Conduct market research either on the field or office to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Seek out new sales opportunities through telemarketing, networking, and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns
Prepare appropriate presentations on products and services
Creating sales reports, pipeline, forecasting, and activity reports
Handle customer complaints and objections
Create quotations and proposals for the client
Able to coordinate properly with accounting for billings and collections
