Accounts Payable Staff

Winterwood, Inc. is a full service property management company specializing in affordable multifamily properties based in Lexington, Kentucky. Our management professionals have 30 years combined experience in property management. Our areas of expertise include a variety of government financed, insured and assisted housing for both the elderly and families. 

We are currently looking for the position in our Cebu shared service center:

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE STAFF

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of B.S. Accountancy/Management Accounting

• Male or Female

• Preferably with one to two years work experience in the same area of responsibility 

• Computer literate and can handle basic computer applications 

• Can type 40 wpm 

• Must have good communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Thorough and detail oriented

• Highly organized and works well even with competing priorities

• Output oriented and works with sense of urgency

• Can work less supervision, has initiative and flexible

• With good English Communication skills 

• Team player
