Is currently looking for:

 

ARCHITECT

 

Job Description

  • Designing new buildings and spaces. Also help restore and conserve old buildings, and develop new ways of using existing buildings. They are involved in construction projects from the earliest stages right through to completion.

  • Prepare and present design proposals

  • Produce detailed drawing 

  • Working closely with a team of other professionals, such as project engineers, quantity surveyors, and project operations managers and staff

  • Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction

  • Work around factors such as building legislations, environmental requirements, and project budget

  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior which are related or allied with the business company

QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate in BS Architecture with or without experience

  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, sketch up, etc..

  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in the province of Cebu
