What You Will Be Doing:

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects and can work in a wide variety of fields, such as information technology, software development, and team leadership.
You will generally be responsible for the creation, organization, execution, and completion of specific projects. This includes and is not limited to managing relevant employees, setting deadlines, communicating with company executives about the state of the project, ensuring projects stay on track and on budget, and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

With knowledge and at least 2 years of work experience in developing business systems
Proficient in Jira, Microsoft Office, and GSuite Tools
Can understand technical terms and processes related to website and mobile app development
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
With leadership and management skills to lead a team of Software Engineers
Has enthusiasm and interest in mobile applications development
Detail-oriented in project management and with good organizational skills
Eager to study and improve their skills in project management

Your Duties and Responsibilities:

Determine project schedule (client coordination required) and ensure timely delivery
Ensure that all software developed within the team satisfies the business requirements as specified and with good quality
Make necessary adjustments on schedule due to changes in requirements, as requested by the client, or because of unexpected circumstances.
Research and recommend strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
Create a team environment that is built on trust, open communication, creative thinking, and team effort
Lead and manage team members in line with company policy and procedures, including performance, development, disciplinary and conflict resolution with effective feedback
Coach, manage and develop team members to be more effective in their respective roles
Work both individually and collaboratively with the team for the development and improvement of products and product features
Lead a team of Software Engineers in the creation of high-quality software within agreed project deadlines
Search, summarize and keep the team abreast of strategic information from all sources

Nice to haves:

With management experience and have handled a team of Software Engineers
With a background in Developing Mobile Applications using React Native, Javascript, Python, Swift, or Objective-C
With experience as Project Lead or equivalent preferably in Web and Mobile Development projects
