Job Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, or any Business related course

  • Must have at least six (6) months to one (1) year experience as Prof. Medical Sales Representative or equivalent.

  • Proficient of Computer Application; MS-word, excel and power point

  • Effective communication skills

  • Strong negotiating skills

  • Good business ethics and has innate excellent interpersonal skills, flexible and can adapt to any working environment.

  • Must have high energy, dynamic, aggressive and customer oriented, able to deal with all kinds of people

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Persuasive and resilient

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Time management skills

  • With valid driver’s license is a plus

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s medical products to resident doctors, consultants, pharmacist, and other relevant healthcare professionals.

  • Perform regular coverage with doctors, consultant, pharmacist and other relevant healthcare professionals.

  • Provide the comprehensive business plan in the first 2 months of employment

  • Reports and discuss the weekly, monthly targets and attainment of the area to DSM (Dist. Sales Manager)

  • Developing an in-depth understanding of company products. Identifying and establishing new business

  • Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases

  • Perform regular collections of payments from the accounts/clients

  • Preparing presentations for potential customers

  • Create a database of accounts/clients in the assigned area

  • Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company’s business strategies

Salary: Above Industry Rate
