We continue our growth and are looking for a Head of Information Security (H/F) for the group (liability coverage: Global – Sites and System in Latin America, USA, France, China, Hong Kong, Philippines, Vietnam, India, Germany, etc.)

HEAD OF INFORMATION SECURITY

The Job

The Head of Security assesses the vulnerability of the company’s information system, defines and implements the company’s security policy by facilitating internal actors. He implements solutions to ensure the availability, security and integrity of information systems and data. His responsibility also extends beyond the IT perimeter: he is the guarantor of the physical security of QIMA infrastructures (offices, laboratories, etc.).

Under the responsibility of the Hong Kong-based IT Infrastructure & Security Director, and in close relationship with the Group CTO, your role consists of:

Be responsible for information security and collaborate with key IT, legal, operations, sales and human resources players; ·
Carry out analyses (complete IT technical survey) and manage the monitoring of the activity of internal or external users, through the prevention of data loss, analysis of user behaviour or other solutions to identify and collect evidence of misuse by internal or external users: rule violations, loss of information, insider trading, fraud, etc.;
Identify security risks, assess those risks, advise action plans to reduce or eliminate risks, lead or monitor these action plans;
Create and manage a network of security correspondents in the BUs and departments to relay the security policy and escalate risks and action plans
Use and improve existing technologies and processes to accurately and effectively identify potential risks (proposal and implementation of new tools); ·
Manage the Security governance bodies at group and subsidiary level
Lead our certification projects: SOC Type I and II, ISO 27001.

The Candidate

Have at least 5 years of solid experience in IT security management issues at the international level on topics such as cyber security and IT network defence, information governance;
Be investigative and able to use techniques, tools to gather and evaluate evidence, know the methodology and digital investigation protocols to include evidence processing and preservation;
Master Data Loss Protection (DLP), User and Entity Behavior Analysis (UEBA) and Insider Threat tools;
Be able to detect and counter a hacking attempt of any kind thanks to your technological skills;
Ideally have knowledge at the O365 Security and Compliance Center level;
Ideally certified CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CFE Certified Fraud Examiner, GCFE (Certified Forensic Examiner) or GCIF (Certified Incident Handler);
Good technical knowledge, including information systems architecture and systems/networks;
Fluent in English: daily use required with our colleagues in China in Shenzhen, Hong Kong or Philippines in Cebu.
