Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical field

• Experience as a Technical Manager or related role

• Proven ability to effectively engage and work with the team to drive customer success

• Excellent problem solving

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks

• Can work on a flexible schedule

• Proactive

• Takes the initiative to effectively manage projects and teams

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing project planning and management of software and product projects using Kanban and Scrum methodologies

•  Defining and quantifying each step and setting specific deadlines for each project milestone and deliverable.

• Ensure QA standards are maintained in each project

• Researching and staying up to date on the latest tools, technologies, trends, and approaches to continually improve efficiency of the team

• Ideal candidate must be able to use Jira and Gitlab efficiently.
