ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND BILLING OFFICER

Area of Assignment: Talisay City, Cebu

QUALIFICATIONS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Check the validity and accuracy of all payments for processing.
Check and Analyze accounting entries made for posting in the Book of Accounts.
Prepare consolidated reports and monitor aging reports for accounts payable.
Prepare government reportorial as required.
Processes Liquidation and validate all expense accounts.
Assist in handling the Computation of the Daily Time Record.
Responsible for the issuance of receipts or billing statements, SOA, Completion Report, AOF on the Customers/Clients.
Ad hoc reporting and administrative duties as required.
