Is urgently looking for:

SENIOR SALES ENGINEER

Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Division

(Vismin-based)

Responsibilities:

Develops contract with, attends to inquiries of prospective clients regarding his product line.
Prepares quotations in accordance with the specification or requirements of the client in coordination with his superior/principal.
Submits quotation, makes necessary follow-up and solicits in the process any assistance required from his superior or any officer of the company.
Prepares A/C layout designs and drawings, if necessary.
Estimates the cost of the project including the equipment, materials and labor.
Follow up progress and status of both pending and placed orders.
Review sales related documents, reports, letters and proposals submitted by his subordinates.
Attends jobsite meetings for project which are still under negotiation.
Establishes harmonious relationship with clients, architects and consultants.
Submits periodic sales report to his immediate superior outlining the work done for each day.
Collects the amount due to the company as payment by the client for the sales made and closed.
Performs other sales-related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from an Institution duly accredited by the Philippine government, preferably licensed by the Philippines Regulation Commission.
Must have at least three (3) years of selling experience.
Must have excellent communication skills and converse fluently both in written and oral English and Pilipino.
Must be able to discuss intelligently all matters pertaining to the sales of his product line.
Must be computer literate.
Must possess a pleasant personality and of good moral character.
