As an E-Commerce Manager,  

You’ll be joining a dynamic marketing team and supporting the growth, development and performance of their online capability and conversion opportunity.  

  

Some of the things we’d expect you to do are to…  

  • Strategically partner with Marketing, CRO and brand agencies teams to create a unified customer experience across all channels. 

  • Support and develop web capabilities while helping them grow through digital and advertising standards. 

  • Manage the day-to-day maintenance, content updates and development workloads associated with Equalution.com and related web assets. 

  • Manage website performance. 

  • Have strong knowledge of SEO, with the ability to strategise and execute, and familiar with SEO tools and platforms. 

  • Measurement and evaluate the customer experience metrics based on UX/UI optimisation 

  • Measure and evaluate technical performance metrics. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, website development and analytics resources (internal and external), to ensure quality delivery of all briefs. 

  • To be responsible for reporting and analysis of key digital metrics utilising Google Analytics. 

  • Carry out simple front-end coding and undertake UX/UI design research and design, utilising external suppliers where required. 

  • Create engaging digital content (landing pages, blogs, assets etc.) in collaboration with the brand marketing team and external agencies where required. 

 We would need you to be or have the following…  

  • Word press experience is essential. 

  • Experience in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation, with a proactive and curious mindset. 

  • Knowledge of website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools. 

  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.  

  • Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Design, IT or similar.
