EV ACADEMY is a leading English language institute in Cebu City, Philippines. Established in 2004, we provide short and long English courses for individual and groups, junior students and adults. Our packages include English study, accommodation, catering and selected activities. Qualifications

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's or College degree in Psychology, Business Management, and Human Resource Management.

  • Must have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in the related field.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Deadline-oriented, has a strong sense of confidentiality, and is well-organized.

  • Capable of multitasking and handling pressure-filled job situations with little guidance.

  • Skilled with Microsoft Office programs, primarily Excel.

Job Description

  • Create systems and procedures for managing administrative tasks, and plan ways to make processes more efficient.

  • Directs and plans office operations.

  • Offers coworkers assistance and coaching.

  • Stay up-to-date on all corporate developments and commercial activities.

  • Verify that policies and regulations are followed during operations.
