Is currently looking for:

 

LEAD DIALER ANALYST

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. List development for telephone campaigns using all available sources

  2. Managing the leads using database management.

  3. Increase pipeline volume, agent talk time, and conversion rates.

  4. Optimize campaigns by measuring different ratios related to closing deals.

  5. Track all activity and provide timely reporting against agreed performance metrics

  6. Assist departments with extracting data from dialer

  7. Collaborate with managers to ensure lead management initiatives meet departmental
    needs

  8. Enrich leads database.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. ViCiDial experience desired

  2. Expert skills in database management software, like SQL

  3. Understanding of performance metrics
