CSP JUNIOR ANALYST
To protect Consumers from Unwanted Messages, Service Providers deploy filters and other tools that limit messaging traffic bearing the characteristics of Unwanted Messages, in conformity with applicable laws and regulations.
10 Digit Long Code (10DLC) is the new standard for Application-to-Person (A2P) text messaging utilizing a traditional 10-digit phone number. CSP (Campaign Service Provider) is the primary user of TCR (The Campaign Registry) who works with North American mobile operators and companies that are in the messaging business to register Application-to-Person (A2P) text messaging Campaigns. The registry supports a sanctioned A2P 10 Digit Long Code (10DLC) text messaging Campaign ecosystem and provides visibility into the messaging source and content, allowing mobile carriers to provide a more reliable and simple messaging service for Campaign Service Providers (CSPs) and Brands.
The CSP Junior Analyst will be responsible for 10DLC and Toll-Free Messaging registration for all entities under the BCMOne company keeping up to date with the current guidelines in compliance with the Messaging Principles and Best Practices provided by the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) with the intention to stop unwanted messages to consumer devices.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manages 10DLC and Toll-Free verification registrations of all entities under BCM One.
Manages tickets related to 10DLC and Toll-Free verification.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest messaging campaign policies.
Responsible for assisting and providing solutions to partners and other departments related to 10DLC and Toll-Free verification registrations.
Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures related to team operations.
Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to increase productivity.
Assist in keeping documentation updated and conduct periodic reviews with the team.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably ECE or IT courses
Accuracy and efficiency in data processing
Highly analytical and with strong problem-solving skills
Organized, result-oriented and with a sense of urgency
Ability to handle pressure and demands from multiple clients and competing priorities
General knowledge of computers and local networking skills
Customer-service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical Support experience is an advantage
