HR SPECIALIST

(At least 6 months of relevant experience) 

 

Salary range: PHP 15000- PHP 20000 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Taking charge of all facets of the Human Resources - Payroll & Benefits, Organizational Development, Training and Development, Recruitment, Employee relations 

  • Maintenance and update of employees' personal employment records (E-201 files)  

  • Strategic HR Planning - involves planning for company's long-term and short-term objectives – including employee engagement activities 

  • Supports employees' learning & development - outsourcing trainings, workshops, employee growth and career development support, etc. 

  • Handles grievances and termination - conflict resolution, offboarding procedures 

  • Initiates performance evaluation, appraisals, reward systems, and benefit enrollment procedures (HMO) 

  • Payroll computations, processing, and releasing - including premiums, taxes, backpay, severance pay, final pay, handling online bank, etc. 

  • Leads in sourcing & recruitment process - initial screening, handling assessment tools, reference checking, etc.  

  • Policy formulation and company handbook implementation - with good background on the Philippine Labor Code 

  • Point-Of-Contact (POC) for internal employee inquiries and clarifications that are HR-related 

  • Proficiency in managing useful HR tools for more efficient work 

  • Distributes, analyzes, and presents relevant survey assessment form results in team meetings (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual surveys) 

  • Onboarding and orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email addresses, etc.) 

  • Administering new employment assessments in coordination with Team Leaders/Managers
