A Business Unit Head is responsible for all of the sales in their respective district. They grow sales in their region and grow the customer base. A few of the main duties of a retail district sales manager are inputting training new sales reps, developing sales and marketing strategies, create sales goals, and motivating the sales teams.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Background in Pharmaceutical company is an advantage.
Written and Verbal communication skills, time management, interpersonal skills, and driving skills is advantage but not required
