Job Functions:

  • Provide outstanding and exceptional customer service

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquires

  • Track and follow-up all customer requests in a timely manner

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives

  • Keep records of customer interactions

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies


  • Male or female, preferably female

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s/College Degree

  • With experience as Customer Service Representative an advantage

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • High level of communication skills

  • Dynamic and self motivated

  • Can work with less supervision

  • Computer Literate

  • Can start immediately
