MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Virtual Trainer!

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9PM-6AM (PHT), ONSITE

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Responsibilities:
•   Facilitate trainings and webinars as assigned
•   Participate and contribute to continuous learning culture by maintaining engagement on change management, product and services releases, policies, processes, and procedures
•   Assist Training Manager with Boot Camp Assignments and Train Back Sessions
•   Assist with Quality Analysis prior to client go lives
•   Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Training Manager

Requirements:
•   Must be a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Graduate. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
•   Must have Clinical Background
•   Confident, motivated and with excellent follow through skills
•   Must score exceptionally high in our Aptitude exams, should have 90% and above
•   Must have good communication skills
•   Must be willing to work in graveyard shift
•   Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
•   Willing to work in our Cebu IT Park office
•   Willing to work during holidays and weekends

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
•   Monthly salary of 24,000 - 30,000
•   New hire bonus of 5,000
• Monthly Risk Allowance of 2,000
