Job Summary:

 

The role is mainly responsible for assisting the technology department with various back-office tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with technology policy documentation

  • Assist with Expense Reporting of various IT software and IT assets

  • Assist with monthly software compliance and cost reporting

  • Assist with onboarding of new employees

  • Assist in answering helpdesk questions from Kinetix (primary Helpdesk)

  • Assist with resource allocation(s) on Projects

  • Create training videos for using different software

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience VA/Back Office

  • Ability to quickly gain understanding of new software and concepts of a technical nature

  • Collaborative can-do attitude with a commitment to exemplary customer service

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially written

  • Ability to interface with non-technical users to coach and guide improvement of skills

  • Outstanding organizational skills

  • Ability to coordinate technicians, vendors, and user availability to schedule tasks and projects

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Amenable to work from 12AM to 9AM

  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth

  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
