CUSTOMER RELATIONS SUPERVISOR

 

JOB PURPOSE

 

The role is responsible for supervising the daily turnover function of associates assigned to each project site.

 

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resolve turnover issues that cannot be handled by associates

  • Update the turnover monitoring reports for management

  • Monitor and ensure monthly turnover targets are met

  • Conduct site inspections in preparation for projects nearing commencement of turnover

  • Build up the turnover process for projects approaching the start of turnover by ensuring adequate information on priority units are acquired from Accounts Management, construction progress is regularly updated from Engineering and the Property Management team is also on board in validating units

  • Attend SBU meetings and join walkthroughs with Engineering, Business Development, Accounts Management, and Property Management

  • Lead the validation of units

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A graduate of any bachelor's degree preferably with an Engineering or technical background

  • At least 3 years relevant experience in a supervisory role gained from the real estate industry and has led a team of at least 5 members

  • Above-average English written and verbal communication skills

  • Commendable analytical, organizational, and people management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace programs most especially in MS Excel and Google Sheets

  • Solid experience in SAP, Accounting processes, and Accounting documents
