Job Description:

  • Assist customer in processing installment transactions & other card concerns

  • Verify authenticity of presented credit cards by customers by checking its security features

  • Secure approval for installment transactions by using the bank-provided EFT terminals or by calling the bank

  • Check completeness of cashiering forms / documents & other supplies at the counter

  • Assist customers with lost credit card by calling the bank & allowing the customer to report his/her lost credit card

  • Provide immediate response to requests for loose change in case CUC is on break

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course

  • Knowledgeable in credit card transaction processes

  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision

  • Computer literate

  • Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
