MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for an Appointment Setter!

General Description: In order to make sure that important appointments are scheduled for the sales team, the appointment setter schedules consultations between sales staff and potential clients.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9 PM - 6 AM (PHT); Hybrid Set Up

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Responsibilities:

Cold calling potential clients
Scheduling appointments for clients and sales team
Make outbound calls for client appointment reminders
Ensures that important meetings are booked for the sales team
Familiarize essential details of products and services

Requirements:

At least college level
Excellent communication skills
Knows how to target decision makers
Familiarity with the West Coast slang is a plus
At least 1 year experience in cold calling
Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
Willing to work on a night shift schedule
Willing to work in our office at Cebu IT Park, if needed

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

Monthly salary of 30,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
Monthly risk allowance of 2,000 (for onsite setup)
