The role is mainly responsible for acting as a senior developer to lead the development of the Dynamics Customer Service Hub, Project Operations, Field Services Management, Power Apps, Marketing and Customer Voice modules. The organization is undergoing a major Dynamics and Power Platform transformation and you will be a key enabler of this process.
Additionally, this position will also play a senior developer role in several data and AI projects using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Power Platform Dataflows, Azure Functions etc. tools. As well as being a great coder, this role will need to be creative and proactive towards meeting end-user requirements across the business.
Lead the development for Dynamics CS/PO/FS modules according to pre-determined specs.
Development assistance for Spirit’s Azure Synapse-based warehousing requirements.
Develop and manage Azure and Power Platform infrastructure for Spirit.
Document high-level and detail-level technical design artifacts.
Aid in documentation and testing of system processes maintaining BPMN standards.
Work with the business and project stakeholders on technical and non-technical matters as required.
Perform necessary systems testing post development and document test results.
Work in a collaborative environment and contribute to team process and skill improvements.
3+ years with Power apps and Dynamics 365 development experience (solutions, forms customisation, business rules, power apps)
With 5+ years of development experience in Dynamics Customer Service Hub, Project Operations, Field Services Management and Power Platform.
With 2+ years of development experience in .NET C#, SQL, Power Query M.
With 1+ year/s of experience in Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Functions, Synapse, Power BI, Dataflows.
Exposure to SDLC and agile development methodology.
Demonstrated experience in interpreting requirements and system designs into actionable, tested software components.
Should have experience working on systems integration projects and using tools such as Confluence.
High level communication skills with the ability to communicate at the technical, business, and personal levels (both written & verbal).
Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
Must be able to work from 7AM-4PM
