We are looking for the following:




Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent (4-year program)

  • Preferably with experience in volume hiring

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Applications and Internet navigation

  • Driven, highly motivated and can work with minimal supervision

  • Applicant must be willing to work in 2Quad, Cebu Business Park

  • Willing to travel

  • Willing to work shifting schedules and extend hours

Basic Function:


Screens applications and selects qualified candidates. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.


Essential Functions:

  • Make sure that all correspondence from applicants is properly addressed

  • POC for Recruitment-Administrative Tasks

  • Ensure proper compilation of all necessary requirements per applicant

  • Consolidate End of Day Reports

The Performance Parameters include the following:

  • Meeting set targets on a monthly basis

  • Schedule adherence

  • Adherence to Company Policy

  • Reports Submission
