Sourcing Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Part of planning and managing the company's overall sourcing strategy

  • Do often research to understand the company's operations needs and requirements

  • Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers

  • Develop a yearly budget depending on sourcing needs

  • Execute analyses and make suggestions for improvement of the overall sourcing strategy

  • Write sourcing documentation and statements

  • Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices

  • Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations

  • Do all reporting and analysis pertaining to sourcing and hiring.

  • Maintains the integrity of the sourcing database and reports.

  • Must have strong exposure to talent search with the following: BPO, Healthcare, USRN, and PHRN

  • Can multi-task with handling a team of 3 sourcing associate

  • Has exposure to marketing and branding

  • Comfortable using excel and tracking applicants vs. hired candidates


  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university

  • 3-4 years in sourcing supervisory role in a high volume and corporate recruitment work

Skills Required:

  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills (both written and oral)

  • Has a good understanding of sourcing systems and procedures.

  • Must be both 'people-and-results oriented' with a high sense of urgency.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work in multicultural environments and teams.

  • Able to work and communicate with people across organizational units
