The Corporate Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, and COO. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities:

Direct support to the CEO, and COO and provide indirect support to other business leaders.
Internal and external interface with high level executives and internal team members. Maintain high level of confidentiality to sensitive information throughout the corporation.
Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day to day engagements. Manage CEO e-mail inbox
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents; reports and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meeting with staff and partners; composing and preparing communications; maintaining contact lists; and making travel arrangements.
Represent CEO to external customers and vendors. Significant exposure to high levels of the organization.
May be responsible for timekeeping coordination and analysis.
May manage staffing activities to include interviewing, and onboarding.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate or Associates degree or professional certification preferred.
8+ years of experience as Executive Assistant or Sr. Executive Assistant level.
Strong ability to execute work with an inclusive lens
Significant execute support experience, including supporting C-level executives.
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office, and Power Point with, ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including senior executives, staff, community leaders and partners.
Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding prioritizes and available time
Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little of no guidance
Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Excellent judgement is essential
Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice.
