We are looking for an energetic and creative Email Marketing Manager who will be responsible for accelerating Esusu's B2C platforms with the goal of driving adoption, loyalty or thought leadership. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and Sr Manager of Operations to scale Esusu’s onboarding communications via email, newsletter, events, and more.

Lead onboarding and activating Esusu renters within the first 90 days with Esusu via key channels including Email, SMS & Traditional comms.
Implement, optimize and scale onboarding, activation, and retention campaigns to drive key company KPIs.
Launch ongoing experiments (AB testing and multi-variate testing) to scale and optimize Esusu’s resident communications
Partner with cross-functional partners(Engineering, Product, Marketing Operations, Account Managers, etc.) to develop processes and systems to scale delivery of communications to renters.
Track and analyze high-impact campaigns that inform and improve the awareness of Esusu’s resident portfolio of products.
Partner with Account Managers to strategically manage and deliver renter communications to critical accounts.
Develop and scale the onboarding process to better service our customers and address segment-specific needs.
Develop reporting framework to track and showcase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Core competencies we are hiring for:
Email Design: Experience writing, developing, and launching email & SMS campaigns at scale.
Reporting & Analytics: Own reporting and optimizing email journeys via AB and multivariate tests.
Strategy and creativity: Experience thinking strategically around crucial company objectives and developing creative solutions to drive adoption and engage Esusu’s core audiences.
Execution & Autonomy - Able to own and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Collaborative - Strong team player, able to take and incorporate creative direction to elevate output.
Above and beyond:
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with a variety of stakeholders ( Sales, Account Management, Product etc )
Experience using Braze (or other email marketing tools), Google Analytics Content Management Systems, and reporting tools like Mixpanel, etc.
Experience with HTML, CSS, or Liquid tags.
Excellent communication, analytical, and forecasting skills.
Experience using key tools i.e. Slack, Asana, Jira, Confluence, Excel or Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc.
Certification (nice to have but not necessary)
Facebook Certified Community Manager
Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
Must be able to work from 12 AM to 9 AM
