OPERATIONS MANAGER

 

Salary: P30,000 - P40,000

 

Job Description

 

A. Human Resources

  • Lead a team

  • Create staff schedule

  • Be the final decision maker in hiring new employees

  • Ensure employees follow SOP's and company disciplinary rules

  • Ensure departments are performing above average

  • Provide training to employees

B. Accounting and Finance

  • Aid with budget creation and management

C. Sales and Marketing

  • Assist in creating promos

  • Provide customer service

  • Accommodate clients who need extra assistance

  • Ensure suppliers follow general operating procedures

D. Maintenance

  • Coordinate maintenance projects with Maintenance Head and President

E. Safety and Security

  • Secures property by contracting with security patrol service, installing and maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies.

F. Corporate

  • Ensure compliance of property to government requirements

G. Others

  • Other tasks required by Managing Director or BOD

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant field

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in similar role

  • Required Languages: English, Cebuano, Filipino

  • Willing to work in Lower Busay Cebu City
