PAYROLL AND COMPENSATION SPECIALIST

(1 full-time position available)

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Maintain payroll information of clients.
Collect and summarize timekeeping information.
Timely calculation, preparation, and distribution of employees’ bi-monthly compensation including overtime pay, holiday pay, night differential.
Generate and distribute employees’ payslips
Answer payroll-related questions from clients and/or employees.
Preparation of statutory forms for remittance on a monthly basis
Draft statutory forms for registration
Assist employees and clients in the filing of statutory benefits e.g. maternity, sickness, loans, etc.
Troubleshoot any statutory-related concerns
Other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

Qualifications and Key Competencies:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Human Resources or relevant field
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Knowledge in taxation is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong Math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
Good knowledge of employees’ statutory monetary benefits
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized, proactive, and results-driven
