MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a IT Helpdesk!


General Description: The IT Helpdesk is responsible for technical service support to internal and external clients including: fielding and resolving technical service issues with end customers, providing troubleshooting support and identifying solutions.


​Work Schedule and Arrangement: Shifting schedule, onsite


Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu



  • Serving as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance over the phone, chat or email

  • Work on assigned emails on issues received via email

  • Take care client calls and transfer to designated department if necessary

  • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions

  • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the clients

  • Escalate issues encountered if further troubleshooting is needed

  • Coordinate with internal teams depending on clients' requests


  • At least 6 months work experience in IT and customer support role 

  • Preferably a graduate of IT related courses: IT, CompSci,  Computer Eng'g graduates, ECE, IE

  • Undergrads also accepted but must have extensive IT/Technical background and experience

  • Knows basic hardware and software troubleshooting

  • Must be knowledgeable to Windows OS and Servers

  • Have idea on server remote environment and set ups

  • Flexible on switching working hours

  • Easy going  and independent

  • Can work with lesser lesser supervision

  • Experience is BPO industry is a great advantage especially if having experience working in technical support field

  • Physically fit to work in a BPO setting

  • Willing to work in our Cebu IT Park office at least once a week

  • Willing to work during holidays and weekends

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

  • Monthly salary of 20,000 - 25,000

  • New hire bonus of 5,000 

  • Monthly risk allowance of 2,000
