Details

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the MD and to the Management group. The EA will play a pivotal role in helping the organization of the MD, correspondence, schedule and administrative support.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the MD and then to the Management team.

  • Help organize meetings, schedules, booking of travel, assisting with CRM systems.

  • Drafting correspondence, helps retrieve information and files for the MD.

  • Assist with investor newsletter and other stakeholder correspondence.

  • Help with booking travel, help maintain the company's administrative system.

Candidate Requirements:

  • High Proficiency with Microsoft word and Powerpoint.

  • Desirable experience with CRM, particularly Hubspot.

  • Tertiary education desirable

  • 5 years’ experience.

  • Exceptionally high proficiency and fluency with English.

  • Organized and proactive
