MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for an SME Trainer!


General Description: An SME Trainer is mainly responsible for promoting company efficiency by not only implementing training programs but ensuring that these programs improve the skills of all personnel in line with the overall goals of the business. The SME Trainer should not only be a great communicator but should also be highly organized and proficient in time management.


​Work Schedule and Arrangement: 3 AM - 11 AM (PHT); Office-based Setup


Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu



  • Conduct informative training sessions

  • Implement training programs, making changes as needed to improve training courses

  • Effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences

  • Promote company efficiency

  • Improve the skills of all personnel

  • Ensure training aligns with overall business goals


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance or related field. Graduate of any medical field is also accepted as long as they experience in teaching

  • Proven experience in a teaching position

  • Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Has healthcare experience

  • Physically fit to work in a BPO setting

  • Willing to work in our office at Cebu IT Park

  • Willing to work during holidays and weekends

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

  • PHP 26,000 - 50,000 (negotiable based on experience)

    • Inclusive of 5,250 PHP for subsidies: rice, laundry, food, clothing, and more
