QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST

ORGANIZATONAL RELATIONSHIP

Reporting to: QA Manager/Supervisor

Coordinating: All Department

Hours: Full-Time position

Main Function

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good manufacturing practice system, creating and monitoring SOPs.
Conduct physico-chemical tests on raw materials including raw material concentrate and evaluate of it is acceptable for production use.
Conduct physic-chemical tests and microanalysis on finished goods. Assures that finished goods is acceptable for delivery.
Investigate customer complaints and reports non-compliance as resulted from internal audit and customer audit
Conduct and evaluate on-site internal audits (GMP/HACCP)
Coordinate and support on-site external audits
Adherence to all safety regulations – follow SOP and job safety.
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time
Food Safety Implementation & ensures compliance to food safety standards
Establish quality metrics that objectively measures the quality of the product or process and develop procedures to address deficiencies in the quality system.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

Preferably a graduate of BS Major in Microbiology, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Chemistry, BS Food Technology
Experienced in Food Manufacturing facility and QA equipment
Knowledgeable in current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure (SSOP), Safety requirements and legal standards, and Quality Management System (QMS)
High critical thinking; with strong understanding of Quality Assurance systems and processes
Pays close attention to details with incredible time management skills
Calm and can work under pressure
Organized and has the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to demonstrate the competency in making written food safety and audit reports, grammar usage etc.
Ability to communicate and establish good working relationship with internal and external staff
