Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you manage every aspect of the recruitment process for both rank-and-file and business requisitions. You collaborate with department heads to determine their hiring needs and create thought-out job descriptions to attract the right talent.

Though your main deliverable is ensuring that the right candidates fill the job posts, you also ensure that all applicants have a pleasant experience throughout the recruitment process, regardless of the result.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with department heads in determining long and short-term hiring needs
Source and screen applicants from various channels according to role requirements
Update and manage the applicant database
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process of employees (rank-and-file and business roles)
Practice due diligence in every candidate’s journey throughout the recruitment process
Willing to work in a hybrid set-up (2 days work on-site per week)

Qualities

Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
Understanding of general HR functions and maintains confidentiality
Strong interpersonal and reporting skills
Proactive in suggesting and supporting process improvements
Strong sense of accountability

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
At least 1-2 years experience working in Recruitment
Experienced in Rank-And-File hiring and corporate hiring

Good to Have (not required)

1 year experience in Human Resources
1-2 years experience in a BPO setting
