COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ASSOCIATE

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology

  • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Timekeeping

  • Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality

  • Must be willing to travel to project sites when needed

  • With good communication skills and evaluation skills

  • Can start immediately

  • 1 Full-time position available

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and process employees’ payroll by timely collecting and analyzing daily time records

  • Ensure employee benefits are registered, updated and remitted on time by processing payments and coordinating with external parties

  • Prevent labor issues and cases by monitoring and complying with law-mandated benefits

  • Maintain 201 files by regularly updating records

  • Regularly update leave benefits record by monitoring leave credits

  • Accommodate loan applications by facilitating employees’ requests

  • Assess and enhance competency of employees by facilitating competency gaps analysis and identifying interventions needed

  • Ensure that department heads and supervisors evaluate and assess employees by facilitating the performance management system

  • Assist in the facilitation of outsource / in-house trainings and other employee engagement activities by providing necessary materials and performing tasks assigned by the HR Supervisor and HR Unit Head

  • Assist department heads in formulating the succession plan by providing the necessary credentials of the candidates for further assessment

  • Promote work-life balance by assisting in the development of employee engagement activities and identify relevant training programs

  • Assist in the facilitation of outsource/in house trainings and other employee engagement activities by providing necessary materials and performing tasks assigned by the HR Unit Head/HR Supervisor

  • Contribute to the continual improvement of the company and its business performance by doing other related task that may be assigned from time to time
