TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF – LITECLOUD CORP.

Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Prior experience in Tech Support, Desktop Support or a similar role
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
Knows troubleshooting technical issues
Knowledgeable in resolving network issues.
Basic knowledge in setting up CCTV is an advantage
Willing to travel and to relocate
Basic knowledge of network (Ipv4)
Develop and maintain installation and configuration on linux services
Conducts hardware and software maintenance and support
Install and configure software hardware and network
Maintain and manage local and external email server
Virtualization product (PROXMOX VMWARE)
Maintain and manage Network Firewall
Perform weekly back-up operations ensuring all required SQL
Files and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media safetly stored as necessary.
