Job Description:

  • Leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team

  • Will supervise the Restaurants and Banquet Events, managing the day-to-day operations, in order to achieve the desired business results in the areas of colleague engagement, product and service excellence

  • Schedules servers, supports and supervises them to make sure the established standards are implemented and the expectations of the guests are exceeded

  • Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality, consistency and visual appeal

  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve customer complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner according to departmental guidelines

  • Ensure revenue for the shift is accounted for, billing accuracy, and daily balancing activities

  • Liaise with customers and Chef/kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to

  • Leads with maintaining and improving departmental operating standards

  • Ensure departmental schedules and checklists are completed according to departmental requirements


  • Minimum of 1-year experience as FB Supervisor / FB Captain

  • Good supervisory, interpersonal, motivational, and leadership skills

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

  • Highly responsible and reliable

  • Commitment to follow food safety protocols

  • Have computer literacy

  • Able to communicate effectively in English

  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
