HR ASSOCIATE - RECORDS MANAGEMENT

 

Job Description:

  • Establish filing system that allow easy retrieval of records when needed.

  • Organize and maintains physical files of documents such (i.e birth certificate, tax records, insurance claims, or medical records).

  •  Process and organize incoming records promptly 

  •  Audit incoming records (check the accuracy of the documents i.e Bank details, account numbers, Gov’t mandated documents )

  • Classify, code, process, store, retrieve, and preserve or destroy records

  • Maintain an organized inventory, directory, or index of all records.

  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality by securing records 

  •  Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and organization of 201  records.

  • Ensuring that records are properly stored and secured to prevent loss or damages. 

  •  Safekeeping of all the company's information, including electronic records, paper records, and information stored on databases.

  • Performs administrative tasks

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of A.B. / B.S. Psychology, HRDM or equivalent

  • Has a good eye for detail and sharp analytic skills

  • Excellent in written and oral communication skills

  • Preferably with records management experience

  • Can start ASAP
