HR ASSOCIATE - RECORDS MANAGEMENT
Establish filing system that allow easy retrieval of records when needed.
Organize and maintains physical files of documents such (i.e birth certificate, tax records, insurance claims, or medical records).
Process and organize incoming records promptly
Audit incoming records (check the accuracy of the documents i.e Bank details, account numbers, Gov’t mandated documents )
Classify, code, process, store, retrieve, and preserve or destroy records
Maintain an organized inventory, directory, or index of all records.
Maintain privacy and confidentiality by securing records
Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and organization of 201 records.
Ensuring that records are properly stored and secured to prevent loss or damages.
Safekeeping of all the company's information, including electronic records, paper records, and information stored on databases.
Performs administrative tasks
Graduate of A.B. / B.S. Psychology, HRDM or equivalent
Has a good eye for detail and sharp analytic skills
Excellent in written and oral communication skills
Preferably with records management experience
Can start ASAP
