Central Asia BPO Services/OPKO Finance provides accounting, BPO and Advisory services for our clients based in China Mainland, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Middle East, Vietnam and Philippines.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Philippine office based in Avenir Building, Archbishop Reyes Avenue, Lahug, Cebu City (near IT Park).

ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities

  • Use documents to verify, record, and process transactions

  • Maintain accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory.

  • Assist the accounting team in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports, developing budgets, preparing taxes, and assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies.

  • Help to manage all forms of financial accounts, including payroll and financial transaction reporting,

  • Participate in ongoing education opportunities to learn about industry trends and developments, current financial legislation, and company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

  • Accounting experience, including in a CPA Firm at least for 1-3 years

  • Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation.

  • Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong math and research skills.

  • Basic computer skills with knowledge of bookkeeping software.

  • Organized and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data.

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

  • Be mature and independent

  • Experience in working for foreign clients or/and study overseas

  • Available as soon as possible – Full time, 5 working days a week
