SALES REPRESENTATIVE

 

Apply now and get unlimited monthly sales commissions. Candidates should be highly motivated, organized, and goal-driven with strong English communication skills. The role includes qualifying leads provided by the company, answering prospects’ questions, and converting prospects into clients.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:


The work environment is fast-paced and focused but supportive. We are growing our sales team to call the US market. The new sales reps will be asked to:

  • Qualify leads via email and phone.

  • Follow-up with leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle. Provide phone and email support to answer their questions and address their concerns.

  • Build relationships with potential clients to get a better understanding of their needs and goals in order to propose the best solutions.

  • Send out proposals and contracts with the help of a senior rep.

  • Communicate to prospective clients the benefits of working with the company over other providers and platforms.

  • Create a smooth transition for new clients from their sales experience through the fulfillment of their services.

  • Collaborate with the services team about opportunities to create new services.

  • Communicate with the marketing team about the effectiveness of our sales and marketing assets, and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:


The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong English communication skills in both oral and written.

  • The ability to listen carefully and discern a prospect’s needs.

  • Integrity and the ability to build a strong foundation of trust with prospective clients.

  • The ability to think on their feet and act instinctively and creatively in working to meet the needs of prospective clients.

  • The confidence and adaptability to speak to a wide variety of prospects.

  • Tenacity and drive to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

  • The ability to learn new concepts, processes, and technologies quickly and thoroughly.

  • A positive mindset with a commitment to consistent professional growth and improvement.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus

  • Publishing sales experience is preferred but not necessary

  • At least 2 years in College

  • 2 or more years of sales experience
