Job Summary:


Responsible and accountable for the sales performance, margin management, cost control, utilization of assets of the assigned territory, management of the commercial account portfolio and supervision of direct reports


Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation, execution and attainment of annual business plan for his/her scope of responsibility

  2. Control traveling expense and other expense categories attributed to the assigned territory

  3. Conceptualize, develop and implement local sales marketing promos and retailer incentive schemes to maximize sales of the assigned territory

  4. Monitor and recommend price adjustments of retail accounts

  5. Contract management (maintenance, renewal/extension and execution) of dealership agreements (CORO and RORO) and assist in negotiating renewal/extension of lease contracts

  6. Coordination and compliance with requirements of concerned government agencies to protect tenure of the network

  7. Coordinate with internal departments to address concerns and ensure active operation of the retail network

  8. Manage build up of dealer pool, assignment of dealership contracts to qualified applicants and maintain active operation of the retail network

  9. Manage maintenance, upkeep and repair of all company-owned assets within the assigned territory to enable maximum utilization at minimal cost

  10. Coordinate with and address pertinent issues of principal’s authorized representative/s on matters directly concerned with the assigned territory

  11. Responsible for management, development and implementation of the network development program of the assigned territory through NTI’s and NTC’s

  12. May be asked perform work functions of lower and/or higher job functions as deemed necessary by management

Technical Skill requirements:

  1. Holder of a 4-year college degree preferably in the field of business, management, marketing, economics or engineering

  2. Minimum of two-years work experience in the field of sales, marketing or customer service is an advantage

  3. Working knowledge on the use of computers and proficient with Windows-based software; specifically, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  4. Can effectively communicate in English both in written and oral form

  5. Knows how to drive and holder of a current Philippine driver’s license

  6. Performance driven and result oriented

  7. Disciplined work ethic, can deliver expectation with minimal supervision

  8. Maintains proper decorum when on the job

  9. Conscious of proper time management, observes promptness when attending set appointments/meetings and accomplishment of committed deliverables

  10. Adherent to and compliant with established procedures and processes
