Is currently looking for:

 

ACCOUNTING OFFICER /

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY FOR CDO

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree holder in Accountancy or Business Management courses. 

  2. At least 3 years of experience in an Accounting Department or as an Executive Secretary, preferably from a company in the food industry, real-estate and construction companies.

  3. Must be knowledgeable in making Financial Statements, basic accounting, bookkeeping & administrative works such as but not limited to collections, receivables, statement of accounts, etc., in addition to proficiency in dealing with government documents & permits from offices like the  BIR, SEC, and other important institutions.

  4. Male / Female

  5. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

  6. Excellent skills in time management, office administration, clerical procedures, recordkeeping systems, and organizational skills with ability to function well in a stressful environment.

  7. Above average level of proficiency in computer literacy [Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Drive], and other relevant software and applications needed for Accounting/Admin

  8. Driving skills of 2-4 wheeled vehicles with Driver’s License is a PLUS

  9.  Trustworthy, team player, and can work with less supervision.
