Pay Rate: PHP 18,000 base pay during training and probation 

  • Rice and WFH/Travel allowance totaling PHP2,000.

Hybrid Work: This position is a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days from the office and 3 days working from home.


Process Ninjas is looking for self-motivated team members who are skilled in writing and communication to assist with a few company initiatives: customer support, lead generation, and content curation. Details for each task are listed below:


Responsibilities Include:

  • Primary responsibilities will be to provide support for an inbound account-based marketing agency focused on HubsSpot and Whatsapp.

  • Perform administrative tasks as requested by the client.

  • Assist with lead generation for influencers and brands for a luxury marketing platform.

  • Curate content from Instagram that will be placed on client marketplaces.

Successful candidates who join our team should be able to speak and write in a clear and concise manner. Excellent English writing and speaking skills and the ability to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction are a must. 



  • All written and spoken communication in English requires a high level of professionalism

  • Observe current practices and provide improvements to processes

  • Flexibility in scheduling - daytime or nighttime shifts

  • Willingness to move to new projects and adapt to changing workflows

  • Ability to do secondary tasks for Process Ninjas that are not related to the main project

  • Lead generation, moderation, QA, etc.


  • Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills

  • Good computer skills

  • Experience in ticket support customer services projects preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Capable of working with teammates or independently

  • Attention to detail and desire to learn

Work From Home Requirements - We provide the option to work from home for three days per week as long as our team members have:

  • Personal computer or laptop with a webcam.

  • A second monitor is required.

  • Minimum 20mbps high-speed internet.

  • Attendance and performance metrics must be maintained to qualify for WFH benefit.

Working Hours

  • Overnight Shift: At this time, the work is performed at night in the Philippines.
